It's Friday and we're feeling optimistic about what's ahead 🏡✨

Let's zoom out and look at the BIG picture for Spring 2026 across all 11 of our towns — Norwood, Walpole, Dedham, Dover, Medfield, Westwood, Canton, Franklin, Norfolk, Millis, and Medway.

Here's the vibe right now:

📈 Prices are up across the board. Statewide, the Massachusetts median is around $638K — up 3.7% from last year. But in OUR towns? Several are outperforming that significantly. Norwood is up nearly 10% YoY. The market is healthy and moving.
⠀
⚡ Inventory is tight but slowly improving. We're sitting around 1.5-1.8 months of supply in Norfolk County — still a seller's market, but more listings are coming online as spring kicks in. More choices for buyers = a slightly more balanced feel.

🏃 Homes are still moving fast. Dover is averaging just 16 days on market. Franklin, Norwood, and others are in the 18-26 day range. If you see something you love, waiting a week is risky.
