We want to turn your vacant houses into income producing investments. Our managed rental properties are posted to dozens of different websites for maximum exposure and minimum vacancy. We love making a match between our managed properties and new tenants as well as finding new investment properties for our investor clients. As your professional property management company, we oversee payments, maintenance, evictions and making sure our owners get paid in a timely fashion. We offer full leasing services, including tenant screening, move-in/move-out reports, payment of maintenance contractors, tracking of lead paint certs and rental registrations where required, as well as producing monthly and annual financial statements.
