Closed in Parkville! I’m so thankful that my sellers trusted Maria and me in this really loooooong transaction. We went in market over 60 days ago, but my sellers needed a 60 closing time table. We wanted to get it on the market with the pool open, so went to market a little early, and had multiple offers after the first weekend, ultimately closing $10k over asking!

And now I have ONE spot open for a new buyer or seller!

Officially closed in Abingdon, and although I have represented buyers with foreclosed properties, this was my first HUD Home purchase. A HUD home is a foreclosed residential property now owned by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, because the previous owner defaulted on a government insured FHA mortgage, and boy did we get a great deal!!over $45k UNDER list price. The buyers had a strategy to land this deal, and stuck to their guns.

I’m thankful for my team for helping me get this to the finish line - Maria Mullins , Chris Drewer of the Drewer Team, Baltimore Realtor , and especially Definitive Title whose detailed title search saved the day on this purchase! Lots of title issues in this home resolved before closing, ensuring my clients have a clear and marketable title!
