Vance Investments LLC Vance Investments began in 2014 with the idea of providing affordable quality housing to families in the greater Baltimore area.

As native Baltimoreans, we wanted to improve the landscape of the Baltimore housing market by transforming some of Baltimore’s ugliest houses into modern fully updated homes ready for families. We would often drive by vacant boarded up homes and wonder could we transform these into their former glory. Changing Baltimore from the inside out is our dream and passion.
