This one took some patience...sometimes selling a family home can involve some delicate feelings and conversations. The sale of a home can be very emotional and this time was no different. When the courts are involved in the sale of the estate, when their are four heirs, when judges & attorneys move at their own pace, things can be tricky...rate locks need to be extended, patience wanes...But we remained calm, the buyer stuck with us and in the end my sellers and the buyers were very happy with the outcome! Thank you Kafila family for trusting me to help you with this big step in your family's life! ❤️ The new owners are so excited to have such a wonderful home where they can make many happy memories!
