📍 Arenac County: 5.50 months of inventory, with homes averaging 95 days on market YTD.

That’s more than twice the available supply in Arenac - and homes are taking more than 3X as long to sell on average.

And the contrast doesn’t stop there.

Oakland County: 2.63 months of inventory
Roscommon County: 5.24 months of inventory
