I was looking at our September Top Agent Attractors for this morning and literally laughed out loud.

Because OF COURSE it’s these two women.

Both are members of The Circle ⭕.
Both came to my Private Room mastermind.
Both flew to Salt Lake City for eXpCon.

And now BOTH are sitting at the top of our agent attraction leaderboard.

I mean... at what point do we stop calling it a coincidence? 🫪

Here’s what I find so interesting. Nobody forced these women to invest in themselves, get on those planes, spend time in those rooms, or surround themselves with people who are building what they want to build.

They CHOSE to.

And look who’s getting results.

People always ask me how to grow their organization, and yes, we can talk about scripts, follow-ups, systems, and strategies all day long. But sometimes the answer is so much simpler than people want it to be.

GET IN THE ROOM.

Be around people who think bigger than you. Ask questions. Build relationships. Learn what’s working for other people and actually go home and DO something with it.

Because it’s pretty hard to build a bigger business while constantly talking yourself out of the opportunities that could help you grow one.

Not out of the industry. Out of the part where every month starts at zero and the only thing keeping the lights on is you showing up again.

The closings are capital. What you build with the selling years is the whole point.

One agent I coach is three income streams deep: a digital product that earns off the calendar, agents she leads whose production grows her income past her own hours, and a coaching program that pays her for the path she already walked. She runs the machine at a different speed now, one where her ceiling stopped being tied to her calendar.

The wheel doesn’t stop on its own. You have to build something that runs without you on it.
