It’s not the buildings, the signs, or even the numbers on the board.

It’s our people.

The agents who show up ready to learn. The ones who stay after class to help someone else. The leadership team that makes time, answers the phone, and genuinely cares about the people they’re leading.

It’s cheering for someone’s first closing, celebrating the big milestones, sharing what works, and showing up for each other when it matters most.

And somewhere in between all the hard work, there’s plenty of laughter, a little friendly competition, and definitely coffee. ☕️

There’s something different about learning from someone who’s actually done it.

Jim DiMora, whose team is currently the #1 ranked Keller Williams team in the region, spent time with our agents sharing his journey from $1M to $40M and answering one big question: If he had to do it all over again, what would he do differently?

But the real value comes from what happens next.

After class, we asked our agents: What did you learn today that you’re going to start implementing tomorrow?

Because great training isn’t just about filling a notebook with ideas. It’s about taking something you learned and actually putting it to work in your business.

Five posts later, the KW Advantage Burn Book has officially exposed:

Zillow stalking.
Questionable comps.
Real estate red flags.
And a concerning amount of Mean Girls knowledge in our office. 😂

But before we close this thing…

The Plastics? Please. Around here, we have The Closings. 💅🏡

And no, we’re not regular agents.
