Another successful closing in the West Point area! Last week, we had the privilege of helping a fellow West Point graduate purchase her new home right here in Highland Falls 🇺🇸

Her main goal was to a quick commute to West Point — and after initially connecting with a random local agent on Zillow, she got left out to dry. The agent was unresponsive, poorly advocating for the buyer, and not familiar with the military move process.

We were then contacted by the buyer who expressed her wishes to work with us due to our expertise in the area, well-developed remote buyer program, and proven track record and reputation of buyer advocacy and successful negotiation skills.
