FYI....The Shakespeare Festival at Boscobel is so wonderful....in fact, only 3 1/2 weeks left to catch a show. I will be seeing Taming of the Shrew on 9/5....can't wait...you can picnic on the gorgeous grounds.

Economic Update, Mortgage News by Bruce Salik....worth a read!!

New home sales rose 23.6% in June to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 330,000 units from a revised rate of 267,000 units in May. Economists had expected a pace of 310,000 units. On a year-over-year basis, sales of new homes have fallen 16.7%.
