Congrats to my sellers! They bought this home in 2020 for $535,000 and took amazing care of it throughout their stay. 6 years later, they hired me to sell it and almost doubled their investment.
Was it easy? No. We hosted 4 open houses with 50+ groups attending (a lot of follow up). We had a buyer, who’s offer was accepted, end up getting cold feet and backing out for a reason we could not control (that was a tough morning). But we stayed the course and kept marketing. Another buyer came into the picture and we did the deal. I knew we would be able to manage any potential bumps in the road. And I had no doubt that we would get here. Congrats to my sellers & to the buyers on their new home!
