This evening, we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible volunteers, donors, supporters, and community partners who make the mission of Meals on Wheels Rockland possible.
For many of our neighbors, Meals on Wheels Rockland is far more than a meal delivery service. It is a lifeline that provides nutritious meals, wellness checks, social connection, and dignity to seniors and vulnerable residents throughout Rockland County. Through the dedication of volunteers and the generosity of donors, thousands of meals and meaningful moments of human connection are delivered each year.
Tonight was a reminder that strong communities are built by people who choose to give their time, resources, and compassion to help others.
To every volunteer who delivers a meal, every donor who makes the mission sustainable, every supporter who advocates for our seniors, and every staff member who works behind the scenes—thank you. Your commitment creates a lasting impact that extends far beyond the food itself.
It was an honor to celebrate with so many individuals who embody the spirit of service and community.
