Congratulations to my amazing seller on the successful closing of her beautiful home at **1109 Whippoorwill Ct.** 🏡❤️

This incredible home had so much to offer—from the grand two-story entry and spacious living areas to the finished lower level, heated and cooled sunroom, and backyard made for making memories. It was truly a special property, and I'm so excited for the next chapter ahead for my seller and the new homeowners!
