It's closing day!!!

Two of my highschool friends are back in Missouri! After a long summer of waiting, Trenton & Alyx's custom new build is finally finished! We looked at house after house last year trying to find the perfect place for their family to call home, but not a single place checked all of the boxes they needed. We decided to take a chance on a local, private builder, and man did he deliver! Trenton & Alyx were able to choose every detail of their new home, and still paid less than buying an established home that wasn't what they wanted. It was such a fun experience watching their perfect home come to life.

Trenton, I want to thank you for your service to our country! I am honored you and Alyx chose me to help welcome you back home.

Today was closing day for another buyer of mine. Out of respect to his and his family's safety, as he is a member of our local law enforcement and was in uniform for our closing, we have opted to not post his name or a picture of his closing day.

After a few months of searching, we finally found a house that he and his daughters can now call home! If you are holding back from moving because of the "state of the market" or "there is nothing out there," then we need to talk. A little patience can go a long way in finding the right home that is within budget, with the right lender who can work around your lending needs, AND the right agent to bring it all together for you.

I want to thank my client for his service to our community, and also for trusting me to be that right agent to make this move happen for him! Congratulations on your new home!

It has FINALLY happened! The Bransons have a new home!

After seeing roughly 30 houses (not including any Open Houses they snuck into without me), they are my current record holders for number of houses viewed in less than a 3 month period! We finally found the right house that fit their needs perfectly, in a great location, and all without breaking the bank. Their level of commitment and patience to finding the right home deserves recognition!

While I am going to miss our daily conversations about the housing market and the insanity of some of the cash buyers in this market, I know Kim and Casey (and my car) are very excited for them to finally have a place closer to friends and work that they can relax and enjoy. Thank you both for sticking with me through a tough seller's market and trusting we would win when it was the right house!

Patience in this market is extremely important when looking for the right place to call home!
