We’re Looking For Someone Who…
* Is a licensed Missouri Realtor
* Is available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends when needed
* Has excellent communication and people skills
* Is organized, coachable, and self-motivated
* Loves helping people achieve homeownership
* Wants to build a long-term career—not just close a few deals
Responsibilities
* Meet with prospective buyers
* Show homes throughout the St. Louis area
* Write and negotiate purchase contracts
* Guide clients from first showing through closing
* Follow up with leads promptly
* Maintain strong communication throughout the transaction
* Deliver an exceptional client experience
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Our team provides the tools, systems, support, and lead opportunities to help you build a successful business.
