Sometimes the right house isn’t the one that just hit the market. 👀

My buyer looked at a LOT of homes—and faced plenty of competition along the way. Then we found this one.

It had been sitting on the market for a while, which meant something we hadn’t seen much of: **no competition.** 🙌

Now she’s officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡💛

Buyer tip: Don’t automatically scroll past a home just because it’s been on the market awhile. Sometimes those listings offer **less competition, more negotiating room, and an opportunity other buyers are overlooking.**

The newest listing isn’t always the best opportunity.
