One thing I didn’t fully understand when I became a Realtor is that you’re not just getting a job… you’re building a whole BUSINESS
There are months that feel amazing and months that feel uncertain. You invest time, money, energy, and emotion into something without any guarantee of a return. You show up every day, stay consistent, and trust that the work you’re putting in today will pay off down the road.
This career has challenged me in ways I never expected. It’s taught me resilience, patience, confidence, and how to keep moving forward even when things don’t go as planned.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is how important relationships are. Every referral, recommendation, conversation, and opportunity means the world to me. I’ve also learned that not everyone will support your journey.. and that’s okay.
Because of that, I’ve become even more passionate about supporting other small businesses. I genuinely love seeing people succeed and love collaborating with others.
