A lot of people think being a Realtor is opening doors and touring beautiful homes… 💅🏡

And while sometimes it is… that’s a VERY small part of what I actually do. 🤣

Most days look a little more like Barbie chaos. negotiating, solving problems, answering 87 texts, coordinating 12 different people, running from appointment to appointment and somehow keeping everything moving 🥲

And I love it! 🫶🏼 Never a dull day in real estate!!

Everyone waits for the “perfect” time to buy a house… but fall might be more interesting than you think 👀🏡

Historically, the fall housing market has brought buyers more inventory, more time to shop, lower seasonal list prices and more price reductions nationally.

And when homes aren’t flying off the market quite as quickly, buyers may have more room to negotiate on things like price, repairs or closing costs
