We closed on this gorgeous, unique 8-acre property this week, and I couldn’t be more excited for our clients. A big shout out to Community Title Shiloh, LLC, Joanna Theismann, Amber Green Photography, and Moore Homes for making it all possible.

So many shout-outs on this one! The sellers and buyers were amazing—thoughtful, transparent, and genuinely looking out for each other. Watching them make a win-win happen was such a highlight. Also, I'm so grateful I got to work with some of the best in the area—Joanna at Your Home Mortgage for financing, Jessica at Moore Homes for staging, and the whole crew at Community Title Shiloh, LLC for title work. Each played such a vital role in making this transaction happen!
