We want to give a special shoutout to our October Borrower of the Month, Scott Bowles!

Scott has made great strides this year in real estate investing. After spending about a year looking for the right opportunity, he really dialed in his buy box, stayed focused on rentals in Affton, and stuck to his plan.

Throughout the process, Scott kept learning. He attended Club meetings and Buyers Club Live calls, asked questions, listened to advice, and stayed patient until the right opportunity came along.

Then he pulled the trigger and made it happen!
Scott got his first property under contract June 2026, completed the project, and had his second Affton property under contract at the same time.

We’ve loved watching Scott put what he’s learned into action. He’s a great guy, a familiar face around Buyers Club, and someone we’re proud to recognize this month!
