Happy closing day to my client, Justin! This deal is another perfect example of when your offer gets accepted, it truly is the right house for you! He talked about this at the closing table today how it’s so easy to be discouraged if any previous offer(s) weren’t accepted, but trusted me when I told him the right offer will be accepted on the right house and it’ll all make sense in the end - and it does! He got an awesome house, right at the price point he wanted to stay at, in the perfect location! I’m so excited for him and thankful I got to help him through the process!

Kicking off Mother’s Day weekend right with a huge CONGRATS to my buyer for getting his offer accepted on this amazing home tonight! After viewing multiple homes today, he knew this was the one & we put together a strong offer that was accepted only a few hours later - we were up against multiple offers too! 🏡🤍🥳

We’ve been searching for the perfect home for a few months, and it’s easy to get discouraged or think you’re being too picky - & what I kept telling him and ALL my buyers is it’s always better to know what you want and be picky because I NEVER want you to settle on the biggest investment - your home!
