The Petunia Patch The Petunia Patch is a Victorian cottage, located in the heart of historic Oak Bluffs. Two (2) bedroom apartments available for weekly rental.

Little sister, Sweet Pea, is a small, separate cottage on the property and is also available for rental. We've owned and operated The Petunia Patch and Sweet Pea since 1985. When we first bought the cottages, they were in serious need of repair and renovation. Bringing them to their present state has been a real labor of love. Over the years, we've enjoyed hosting many interesting, wonderful guest

s who have added new dimension to our lives. Some of those guests have been coming for longer than twenty years! Every winter, as reservations begin to come in, we look forward to a new and exciting rental season - familiar faces and new faces - all of them welcome on our porch any time!

Here we gooooo!!! ☀️ This vacation week we did all the things we miss so much all winter…Back Door Donuts, beautiful sunsets, longs walks, Gio’s slices, Ben and Bill’s cones, brass rings, dinner at the Outlook Tavern, and even a quick dip in the ocean! This is just the beginning of what will surely be another wonderful summer in Oak Bluffs! 🌊 🍕 🎠 🍩 🌼 🌅 🎣 🦨 🍦
