Janitor is needed to clean high rise building with the knowledge of use of cleaning equipment:
Washing the floors
Buffing machine
Industrial Shampoo machine
Maintaining laundry room, wiping and cleaning washers and dryers inside/out
Remove lint daily
Dust all wood work/trim
Dust all furniture
Clean windows
Clean two hospitality rooms
Clean two bathrooms
Work every other weekend to clean and remove garbage from buildings and trash compactor room
Clean all trash rooms weekly
Pick up trash outside
Clean the pool area
Clean and service all equipment after each use.
