So happy for my client James! We officially closed on this Midlothian property! Within a couple hours online, we had a full price CASH offer! However, buyer had cold feet and pulled out!

We put it back on the market and within 2 days we received 2 conventional offers $10,000 ABOVE asking! Buyer kept postponing the closing but we finally made it to the finish line!
