🌷Sometimes, a very difficult decision has to be made. Out of consideration for my family and health, I’ve decided to take a step back from Real Estate, and commit my time to what is currently more important in my life. 💡 There are three kinds of mortgage options; conventional, VA, and FHA loan. Today, we are going to talk about VA loan. Va loan is a 0 down payment option for active duty service members, veterans, and eligible surviving spouses. This loan is backed up by the US Department of Veterans Affairs and a great option for service members who are also first time home buyers.

As a military spouse, this program helped my spouse and I buy two homes from 0 to little down payment. It has helped us gain equity and secure a part of our future!

By January of 2022, the U.S. inflation rate rose to 7.5%! the highest in 40 years. Here’s a short list of things that you can do to fight inflation:

💵 Do not keep too much cash in your bank account. Although it’s good to have an emergency fund, leaving a big amount of cash sitting in your account means your money is losing value as the inflation rate increases. Invest your money instead!

💰 It’s time to renegotiate your salary and ask for a raise! Your employer most likely increased their charges/prices to help offset its increasing costs due to rising inflation. You deserve a salary increase for your hard work!

🏠 Invest in Real Estate! Years of datas have shown the continuous increase in Real Estate value during periods of inflation. That means higher and growing net worth for you and your family.
