Is it just me, or is the calendar finally starting to look as busy as the beaches? We’ve got a massive week ahead in our neck of the woods, and whether you're looking for a good laugh, a way to celebrate Mother Earth, or just a really good lobster roll, we've got you covered.

📍 WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22ND
🌍 Earth Day Festival (OKI) Celebrate Mother Earth at Middleton Park (4610 E Dolphin Dr.) from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM!
It’s a family friendly afternoon filled with educational booths, food trucks, and interactive activities hosted by our local environmental organizations. It's the perfect way to get the kids outside for some mid-week fun!
🦞 Lobster & Shopping: (Bolivia) Showcase We are kicking off our big community event by visiting our good friend Janeene Whanger at Coastal Auctions & Shoppe, LLC (2991 Ripley Dr SE) from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
The Cousins Maine Lobster truck will be on site, and you do not want to miss this. Coastal Auctions is a true hidden gem, they have the best indoor and outdoor beach decor in the area with prices that are just as impressive as our 1.5% listing fees. Come shop for your home and grab a world-famous lobster roll!
📍 THURSDAY, APRIL 23RD
🦞 Lobster & Listings Day : The OKI Main Event! The party moves to the island! The lobster rolls and Cousins Maine Lobster - Raleigh, NC are coming to our office at 8001 E Oak Island Dr from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Whether you're traveling from near or far, come grab a bite and sit down with us. We’d love to talk to you about the local market, help you find your dream coastal home, or show you how we save our sellers thousands in equity with our 1.5% listing commission.
📍 FRIDAY & BEYOND
🏠 SRA Open House Weekend! The fun doesn't stop when the lobster truck leaves! We have a full slate of amazing properties open for tours this weekend across Southport, Oak Island, and Leland. From poolside retreats to low maintenance townhomes, our agents will be on-site to help you find your perfect slice of paradise. 🎤 Next Stop Comedy at The Grape and Ale (OKI) Saturday at 7:00 PM:
Ready for a night of laughs? Head over to The Grape & Ale for a professional stand up show featuring touring headliners. This is an intimate venue with a great atmosphere, so tickets usually go fast, make sure to grab yours in advance!
