I know I am not the only agent or property owner on this island that has driven by your property and seen a pile of leaves or brush piled on your lot. Have you seen someone walking their dog and allowing the animal to use your property as a private bathroom. I encountered this today and when I discussed this with a women dressed in her beautiful night gown I was informed it was none of my business why she was putting brush and leaves across the street, she was renting her house. Okay, so then I explained the property belonged to someone else and to remove the mess, needless to say she was not happy with me. I have been told they did not think anyone owned the property. Right! Come on people, put your leaves in bags, put your limbs in your own yard. Lady in your gown at 5:00 pm, put clothes on.
