I was introduced to Allison through one of my other business coaches and was immediately struck her powerful coaching process.
She has years of coaching experience that she distills down into practical steps that allowed me to easily execute on my personal and business goals. After seeing her in action at an event I jumped with both feet into a Women’s Business and Leadership Coaching Small Group and that year of coaching changed my life!
What makes Allison even better is she is a life coach with a practical background in real estate and experience in coaching in that industry too. She was a powerful sales ninja who spoke to my soul!
Allison has a way of creating a safe space to ask hard questions and holding that space while gently coaching into self-realization. If I could summarize what I’ve learned from Allison I would call it Self Trust - the ability to more consciously and consistently trust my inner knowing and to remember that inner knowing as trustworthy.
As someone who grew up in a high control environment that was trained to always question myself that realization and practice is HUGE!!
