Some clients come to you looking for a house, and somewhere along the way, they become so much more than that. These wonderful clients were originally referred to me from another agent to help them purchase a home, not sell one.
While we are still searching for their perfect dream home, they decided to let me list another property. And let me tell you, this was not an easy market. At one point, there were more than 20 similar units for sale in this same complex. TWENTY. In a market filled with competition, we focused on what made their property stand out, stayed patient, and now… We are officially CLOSED.
A lot of people think real estate is all about the closing table and the paycheck after months of work. And yes, of course, everyone loves getting paychecks and numbers added to the volume they sell. But the part I truly love most is the unexpected friendships created along the way. The people who start as strangers and somehow end up becoming part of your life, long after the paperwork is signed.
To my wonderful clients, thank you for trusting me through this process. Whether we find your next home tomorrow or months from now, one thing remains true: in my professional opinion… you’re stuck with me now. 😝
