๐กโจ Sometimes the best real estate stories aren't the easiest ones.
Sixteen months ago, Ken and Marcia trusted me, The Shoreline Group, and Coastal Lights Realty to help sell their home on Oak Island . Funny thing is their street is one of the best streets on the island but unknown to so many including other agents in the area. The journey wasn't always easy. We navigated market changes, one contract that fell through due to a contingent sale, and plenty of ups and downs along the way.
But through it all, Ken and Marcia never stopped believing in me, our team, Coastal Lights Realty or the process.
Over the past 16 months, we hosted more than 30 open houses, two broker opens, created multiple video tours, and marketed the property across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok constantly. Every showing, every conversation, and every marketing effort brought us one step closer to the right buyer.
This week, that perseverance paid off. ๐ We officially closed, and Ken and Marcia are moving on to their next chapter in a new home.
