Happy Labor Day!

The long weekend is here, summer is winding down… and around Southeast NC, that means the best season is just getting started.

Hello, Locals’ Summer.

The beaches get a little quieter, the sunsets somehow hit a little better, restaurant waits get shorter, and we finally get to enjoy everything we love about living at the coast at a slightly slower pace.

September and October are some of my favorite months here — warm water, beautiful weather, less traffic, and plenty of reasons to squeeze in “just one more beach day.”

I hope your Labor Day is full of sunshine, good food, sandy toes, and a little extra time doing whatever makes you happiest.

And if fall has you thinking about a new home, a beach place, selling, or just wondering what your home might be worth, I’m always just a call or text away.
