Big news for our little slice of paradise 🌊☀️

Holden Beach has officially been named the Best Beach in North Carolina by Coastal Living for 2026 and honestly, it’s easy to see why. From peaceful morning walks and breathtaking sunsets to family beach days and that slower coastal pace we all love, Holden continues to be one of the Carolina coast’s true hidden gems.

No high rises. No chaos. Just wide beaches, salty air, and the kind of place people return to year after year. 💙

Spring is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do along our coast… bringing new life to the real estate market 🌸

Brunswick County just posted some of its strongest numbers in years, and the story is clear.

More inventory is hitting the market, buyers are still active, and prices continue to rise.

Here’s what stood out to me:

• New listings jumped 14% year over year, the most we’ve seen in over three years

• Sales activity is up, even with more options for buyers

• Prices continue to climb, with both average and median sales prices up nearly 6%

• Luxury remains strong, with multiple $1M+ sales across our coastal communities.

What I find most interesting is the balance.

We’re seeing more homes come to market, but demand hasn’t dropped off. In fact, some properties are still going under contract quickly and at strong values.

For buyers, that means more opportunity and choice.

For sellers, it reinforces that well positioned homes are still commanding attention.

If you’ve been watching the coast and wondering what this season might bring, this is a market that’s active, resilient, and very much in motion.
