In that program, the team wrote a business plan and she spearheaded the real estate aspect of researching, targeting, and securing a location. Ultimately, having bid on three locations before securing one, the process was a valuable education in commercial leasing as seen through the eyes of the lessee. Her achievements speak to her dedication, organization acumen, and ability to communicate clearly. Each project she has taken on has required a heavy hands-on approach and a strong ability to negotiate. The systematic approach she takes to projects will keep your real estate transaction organized for a streamlined process. Molly was born and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago. She and her husband have lived in downtown Chicago since 2005 and in the South Loop since 2008. After a bit of a break I finally got back to all the CE courses I signed up for. I'm pretty sure I got this designation in 2005, but the course has changed entirely! I'm now up to date on how to take basic IT security measures for my business. Now I can go back to studying commercial real estate.

An expert in pricing, she spent many years as an agent’s assistant where she learned to study the market and gain a clear understanding of pricing strategy and property values. She helped another client find an investment property for less than half of his budget, and which doubled in value in only three years. After moving on from being an assistant she sold her first listing in 4 days for 98% of asking price.

When Molly is not actively working with real estate clients she can often be found at the diy auto shop she co-owns with her husband. Being surrounded by auto enthusiasts day in and day out also gives Molly a unique perspective in helping clients find a space that’s fit for them and their vehicles as well, i.e. she knows a rock star parking spot when she sees one!
