23 years ago today, I walked into Coldwell Banker on 95th and Southwest Highway and signed on to be a Coldwell Banker Realtor! My Broker (who became like family), Joan Berngen signed me up and told me, "I don't hire part-time agents." I was like, no problem! I was starting grad school and still worked at my high school/college job at Tel-Assist (most fun answering service ever and the reason I have mad fast typing skills), but I was over the moon to start selling real estate, so I had zero concerns about dedicating the time needed! What happened 23 years ago today was actually God aligning me with a passion that would bring me, and later my family, so much happiness, joy and flexibility! I have had the privilege of meeting thousands of amazing clients, hearing their stories and helping them navigate new chapters in their lives.

I received some great news lately, so I wanted to share it today, on my 23rd anniversary! According to the National Association of Realtors, in 2025 there were over 47,000+ licensed Realtors in Illinois. Real Trends Verified, which is featured in the Wall Street Journal, ranked me at #18 in closed units! In the U.S. there were about 1.45 million Realtors nationwide last year, per NAR. Real Trends Verified ranked me 376th in closed units! I remain the #1 Realtor in Oak Lawn for the 18th year in a row as well a member of Coldwell Banker's President's Club for 15 years in a row, which represents the top 1% of Coldwell Banker's Agents Nationwide!
