My name is Pauline (Paula) Boudos and I am an independent Realtor for Keller Williams, Preferred . My current career as a realtor stems from my passion in life to help others. Whether you are trying to sell your existing home or are a first timer looking to purchase, chances are that you are feeling anxious, confused and excited all at the same time. Don’t worry, these emotions are all normal—and
can be handled when you have an excellent real estate agent on your side. Not only have I sold over 200 homes successfully, and as much as I love real estate, I am obsessed with interior design... With over a decade in conforming spaces, I believe great design can transform spaces into a warm welcoming space that many would love to call home. I have successfully lived my dream by purchasing, remodeling and successfully selling over 17 homes of my own as well as having assisted multiple clients change the aesthetics of their homes for a quick sale. To date, I have never sold a vacant home without adding some simple staging (With no extra charge for my services) to make the home feel warm and welcoming...
I am someone who you can trust to carry you through the home buying and or selling process. I understand the struggle that many homeowners face when trying to sell their home. I know the eagerness you feel when you are looking to buy a new house that you can call home. My commitment is to understand your needs, come up with solutions and help you to make informed decisions every step of the way. I have lived in the suburbs of Chicago my entire life and currently reside in the heart of the Palos Hills neighborhood. Due to my history in the Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs, I have a thorough understanding of the Cook County real estate market. I am also a mother of three grown children, so I understand the importance of finding a home that fits the needs of a family, a young student looking to rent or a first time homebuyer. To continue to boost my knowledge and keep informed of the newest trends in the real estate market, I continue to take courses that are not required by the state. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in the law field over 19 years ago when my love for helping others and not stopping until I succeed drew me to become a paralegal. I started my career as a law clerk in 1996 and worked my way up to being a lead paralegal with the ability to assist some of the top attorneys in the Chicagoland area with complex litigation cases. With a rich history in real estate law and my real estate license, as well as my passion for re-design, I look forward to giving my utmost attention to you to simplify the real estate process.
