A little late, but I wanted to get this post out before the New Year. Congratulations to Prestin and Brianna on their purchase of this gorgeous home! After one day of showings, they were determined to make this HOME! The Sellers did their best to make this a difficult process and I really appreciate Prestin and Brianna putting their trust in me throughout it all.

Congratulations to my tio and tia on their purchase of this spacious ranch-style home! You always see social media posts about how seamless a transaction went, but this one was anything but that. We were clear to close back in March, but unfortunately, a family dispute on the seller’s-side pushed us back two months! My tio and tia were extremely patient while the seller’s side got everything in order and as a result, they closed with maximum seller credits and a loan rate buy-down!

This past week one of my clients closed another investment property in Harvey! It was marketed and an offer was submitted as a sight-unseen two bedroom, but it ended up having 3 full bedrooms! It might not look like much, but it will completely pay itself off in less than 3 years.

It also didn’t hurt that his realtor also happens to be an attorney as a squatter almost killed this deal days before the closing table!

It has been an extremely busy start to the new year and I have not had time to post much, but I wanted to go back to early January and showcase my first closing of 2022. My client was able to beat out multiple offers to secure this home sitting on a half acre of land and I am definitely holding him to the carne asada invite he so graciously offered.

Also, this closing was my last with Realty of Chicago. In December of 2021 I decided to make a change and I joined the Oak Park Coldwell Banker team.

Now I am looking forward to utilizing all the innovative tools and resources Coldwell Banker has to offer. This change will allow me to provide an even better home-buying experience for all my clients for years to come!
