Senior Night. 🧡💙🏈
I can’t believe we’re here. How did the years go by so fast? I blinked, and somehow I feel like I missed it all. One minute you were my little boy, and now here we are, celebrating your final chapter of high school football.
My baby, I know this night comes with so many emotions. Soak in every second, every cheer, every hug, and every moment with your teammates. These are memories you’ll carry forever.
I am so incredibly proud of you, not just for the player you’ve become, but for the young man you are.
Good luck 🍀 my ❤️. No matter where life takes you, I’ll always be cheering the loudest.

I talk all the time about how much I love my clients and how weird it feels when a deal is done and we don’t see each other anymore. But you know who I never talk about? THE DOGS! 🐶❤️
This right here is Stanley!
I was looking for a photo today and realized I have at least 50 pictures of this little guy on my phone. 😂
Stanley violated my personal space in more ways than one! 🤣 From biting my ankles to licking my ears, this little menace had absolutely NO boundaries! 😝
And I miss him SO much! 🥹❤️
Now I’m sitting here wondering what Stanley is doing today, whether he remembers me, and if he’s out there terrorizing someone else’s ankles.
Nobody warned me that being a Realtor meant getting attached to my clients’ dogs, too! 🐾❤️

🏡 REALTOR DIARIES: Estate-Owned Properties!
I tell my clients ALL the time: Some of my favorite homes to purchase are the ones that have been owned by the same family for decades!
And if there’s an old workbench in the basement? EVEN BETTER! 😂🔨
There’s just something about a home that’s been loved, maintained, and cared for by the same owner for years.
BUT… there’s always an exception! 👀
We recently toured an estate-owned property, and thank goodness we scheduled our showing on a VERY rainy day! 🌧️
Because guess what we discovered? WATER IN THE BASEMENT! 💦
A perfect reminder that even the most charming, well-loved homes can have hidden issues.
My Realtor tip? Never judge a home by its charm alone. Ask questions, look beyond the surface, and ALWAYS do your due diligence!
And sometimes? A rainy day is the BEST day to tour a home. 😉

my #1 fashion NO-NO? POLYESTER! 🚫
Clothes are just NOT what they used to be, which is why I’m forever hunting for beautiful vintage finds!
DO NOT sleep on the secondhand market! The quality, the fabrics, the unique pieces… unmatched!
And please don’t tell me, “But someone else wore that!” 😂 Honey, hundreds of people have tried on the clothes you’re buying brand-new!
Choose quality over quantity. Go thrift, find treasures, and give great clothes another life! 🛍️❤️
