I honestly have NO idea why Chicago gets such a bad rep. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Because every time I’m in the city, I’m reminded just how incredible it is. The architecture, the beautiful buildings, the neighborhoods — each one with its own personality, history, and charm. 🏙️❤️
From the lakefront to the neighborhoods, the food, the culture, the energy… there really is something for everyone here.
Chicago, you’re pretty damn beautiful. And I’m definitely a fan. 🥰

Happy 21st Birthday to our son! 🥳❤️
From the moment you came into our family, we were complete. I truly can’t imagine our family without you.
I’ve never been more in awe of someone’s discipline, determination, and drive. Watching you chase your dreams and put in the hard work day after day is beyond admirable. You have taught me so much, and I am so incredibly proud of the man you’ve become.
Twenty-one is such an exciting milestone, and I cannot wait to see all of the amazing things you accomplish this year and beyond. Keep believing in yourself, keep working hard, and keep chasing those dreams — because I have no doubt you’re going to do incredible things.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for ALL athletes. The discipline. The endless hours of work. The physical pain. The mental load. The sacrifices. The pressure. If I had even a fraction of those qualities, I’d probably be wildly successful. 😂
To my athletes: I see you. I see the early mornings, the long practices, the sore bodies, the mental exhaustion, the frustration, the wins, the losses, and everything you put into becoming the best version of yourselves.
I promise you, you may not see it right now, but it will all be worth it. Because everything in life is a lesson, and what you are learning through this journey goes far beyond sports. You are teaching yourselves discipline, resilience, strength, perseverance, and what it means to chase your dreams even when it hurts.
Keep pushing. Keep believing. Keep showing up.
Good luck this weekend! Go out there, give it everything you have, and remember that no matter what happens, you are already making me proud.

Remember when I sold 8001 Edgewater? 🏙️❤️
I make it a point to do a monthly walk-through and check in on the progress, and I have to say… I am SO proud watching this come to life. It almost feels like watching one of my own kids grow up! 🥹
The model unit is almost ready, and Phase One will be leasing soon! Watching a vision turn into a place where people will actually live, build memories, and call home is pretty incredible.
This is why I do what I do. Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling buildings—it’s about opening doors and creating opportunities for more people to find a place they can call home. 🏡✨
I can’t wait to see this next chapter begin! ❤️
