I started my Real Estate career as a member of a Team in managing and leasing a major Chicago Downtown National Insurance Company. With well over 1 million Square feet, I was able to learn management, leasing and construction. This 12 year experience allowed me to move forward to other Real Estate firms over the next six years managing office buildings from S. In 1990, my wife Sharon and I started
our own Real Estate firm to bring our combined thirty year experience to the Oak Park and River Forest area. The first five years brought me back to the downtown Chicago to manage and lease loop properties, Suburban industrial buildings and North Side retail properties were also added to my portfolio responsibility, broadening my Real Estate experience even more. June 1995 brought us back to the Oak Park area to manage / lease a portfolio of office buildings and apartments. As many of you have experienced, life has its changes. This has brought me to the Baird & Warner Oak Park/River Forest Office, a great Chicago-based Real Estate firm, ready and available to represent you to purchase or sell your home. Starting as a volunteer with Thrive Mental Health Center (formally Oak Park River Forest Family Services), I was asked to be on their Building Committee. Shortly thereafter, I joined the Board of Directors for six years and for the last two was the Chairman of the Board. After a couple years, I was asked to come back to the Board for which I am currently active. I have also volunteered at IMP.A.C.T. parent events over the last four years. Growing up in River Forest and living in Oak Park for over 40 years connects me to many experiences and resources to assist you in finding maybe your first home or selling your home to move into your next chapter of your life. With my broad Real Estate background, I can also help with commercial, industrial properties and leasing in all.
