A few weeks ago, Ergys closed on his first home; yesterday, after a seller rent-back, he finally is able to move into his new place! It is such a good condo with a great balcony to enjoy the outdoors — great Oak Park living. Enjoy Ergys and Jazmin. Thanks also to lender , for a smooth transaction!!

Always a favorite day when we take time away from the busyness of work to volunteer at hashtag . Always in need of volunteers and help, especially in these times.

Our staff had a great time volunteering at Beyond Hunger yesterday! Beyond Hunger has been fighting food insecurity on a local level for over 45 years, harnessing the power of community to change people's lives. They're one of our favorite local groups to support - especially ahead of the holiday season!
