Through my ongoing open house campaign, I can instantly read buyer’s wants and needs and the market trends. For the sellers, I maximize publicity for each listing, using social media, online marketing, open houses, organically reaching out to other agents, and more, so that I can reach more buyers for your property. In addition, as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I “add valuable perspective to your sale by taking the guesswork out of pricing.” I have one purpose: Selling your home for the best price. I am also a specialist in short sale and foreclosure with a certification in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) through the National Association of Realtors. My goal is to create a more balanced life for myself and others. As a fitness instructor and a professional Realtor, I appreciate the need for the health and wellness in all aspects of one's home and family. I really enjoy serving my community as a volunteer for the Art Appreciation program and Fun Lunch at local schools.
