I have been part of the Oak Park area community since 1993 and have lived in Westchester with my family for the past 16 years. I am a graduate of Lyons Township High School in LaGrange, Elmhurst College, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in California. I have degrees in history and theatre, and worked professionally as an actor for many years. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with family

and friends, working in my garden, and traveling. When I first became a Realtor in 2003, I anticipated real estate being a short-term job until something better came along. It didn’t take long for me to realize real estate was the better thing to come along in my life. I discovered I had the ability to make a huge impact on people’s lives by guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions – buying or selling a home. Having moved 20 times in my life, I instinctively understand the excitement and fears that come on this journey for both adults and children. I can translate my personal experiences into educating my clients and making the journey an educational and pleasurable experience. Additionally, having lived in the LaGrange and Oak Park areas, living in Westchester, and having friends and family throughout the near west suburbs, I am knowledgeable of many of our wonderful communities and am comfortable and confident working in them. Having a background in the arts and history has created the perfect fit for working with my seller clients. To sell a home well is to tell the home’s story and help the future buyer envision that the story will continue with them in it. I am able to incorporate my story-telling skills, along with my knowledge of the local inventory, to create a competitive marketing strategy that gets my clients’ homes sold sooner and for a higher price than the local averages. I am very proud to be a part of the Baird & Warner family when I joined them in 2011. Our Oak Park-River Forest office consistently lists and sells more homes in our core area of Oak Park, River Forest, and Forest Park, than any other local real estate company. Over 90 Realtors work out of our office offering the opportunity for terrific collaboration, and quite often, sales between colleagues. Add in Baird & Warner’s in-house lender, Key Mortgage Services, and Baird & Warner Title, and we have become a one stop shop that creates a remarkably smooth transaction for my clients. Over the years, I have met some extraordinary people and sold some beautiful homes, too. Yes, this business is about houses and contracts and negotiations, but at its core, it is a business about people and relationships. Helping sellers pass their home onto the next generation, and assisting buyers in finding the right home for their current and future needs.
