The latest June housing report just dropped for the Houston area — and it’s telling.

Buyers, you’ve got options right now. Inventory has jumped compared to this time last year, so the selection is solid.

Sellers, while the average list price is up about 5% year-over-year, don’t let that fool you. Many homes are hitting the market too high, then getting reduced and ultimately selling well below list.

Bottom line: we’re looking at a market where buyers have more leverage than you might think. If you're considering buying or selling, let's talk about how to navigate it smartly!
