1102 Wiley is officially closed, but the friendship is here to stay. 💙🏡

I first met Lela and her late husband back in 2017. The timing wasn’t right to sell then, but we stayed in touch as life brought changes along the way.

Now, Lela decided it was time to downsize and make room for something she’s looking forward to—more travel and new adventures. ✈️

Looking back, I didn’t just meet a future client that day in 2017. I met someone who would become a longtime friend.

Lela, thank you for trusting me with this chapter. Here’s to less house to care for, more places to explore, and a friendship that continues long after closing. 💙

🏡Waiting for Rates to Drop?

A lower interest rate sounds great, but waiting doesn’t always mean saving.

If rates come down but home prices continue to rise, you could end up paying more for the house—and those savings from a lower rate may not make as much difference as you thought.

Don’t focus on the rate alone. Look at the whole picture: price + rate + payment.

Sometimes the better question isn’t “When will rates drop?” It’s “What do the numbers look like for me today?”💙
