Confession… when I moved into this neighborhood, I honestly thought, “Who needs a five-bedroom house in a 55+ community?” 🤔
I figured everyone here would be looking for the smallest home possible.
Then life happened.
Our kids live out of town, and when they come to visit, they’re not coming alone. They’re bringing spouses, grandkids, and sometimes staying for several days. Having those extra bedrooms means everyone has a place to stay, and our home gets to be where family gathers.
Living here has completely changed my perspective on what “downsizing” really means.
It’s not about giving up the space you love—it’s about giving up the maintenance you don’t.
That’s one of the reasons I love this former model home. It offers the same flexibility that has made living here so enjoyable for me. Plenty of room for family, hobbies, a home office, or whatever this season of life looks like for you… all in a community where you can spend more time enjoying life and less time maintaining it.
As someone who calls this neighborhood home, I can honestly say this lifestyle has been such a pleasant surprise.
✨ Less upkeep.
✨ More freedom.
✨ Still plenty of room for the people you love.
If you’ve been curious about what life is really like in this community, I’d love to show you around. This home is truly something special.
