Real estate is rarely a straight line. It isn’t always easy, and it certainly isn’t fast. Every transaction comes with its own set of hurdles, but for me, the value has always been in the relationship, not the deal. Truly, RELATIONSHIPS OVER TRANSACTIONS.

This particular home holds a special place in my heart because it represents a full circle. My grandmother lived on this land; her house stood here for years until a storm unfortunately made it beyond repair. In my world, I don’t see my job as just buying or selling houses—it’s about solving problems.

When my colleague mentioned the need for new construction lots, the timing felt like more than a coincidence. My Aunt Ruth was struggling with what to do with the family lot, admitting, "I don't even know where to start." I told her, "I’ll handle it"—and we did.

Now, that vacant land has been transformed into a beautiful new home. I’m incredibly grateful to Greg Obenschain for letting me play a part in finding its new owners. To top it off, the buyers are expecting a new baby. A new home and a new life—it’s an honor to be a small part of that journey.
