We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our Team! If you are looking for a career and not just a job, we would like to speak with you!
You will be responsible for maintaining our properties including:
* Trouble shoot equipment, systems and facilities and make appropriate repairs, including but not limited to:
* Custodial and grounds,
* Painting and wall repair,
* Outlet and bulb replacement,
* Light electrical,
* Light plumbing,
* Perform preventative maintenance,
* Assist with outdoor seasonal work including landscape trimming, leaf and snow removal,
* Maintain a working knowledge of the Fire Alarms/Life Safety Systems and handle emergencies involving the systems,
* Moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies as needed.

We are looking for a self-motivated Maintenance Person with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills.

Specific qualifications for the role include:
• Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks individually
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
* Must have valid TN drivers' license and pass background check
