Client paid a company $6,000 to have their crawl space encapsulated. After they came out four times to correct the poor ...

Client paid a company $6,000 to have their crawl space encapsulated. After they came out four times to correct the poor job they did I can still see exterior light from around the HVAC supply and return trunks which they never bothered to encapsulate. Maybe they will get it right the fifth time.
