That's kind of the deal when you love what you do. My people know they can reach me whether I'm at my desk or down at the lake. Grateful for friends who put up with me, and for work that lets me have both.

Closing day never gets old. 🔑 We started working together back in the spring, and watching them cross the finish line this summer made every single step worth it.

North Boundary after a long day at the office. 🚲 There's something about getting on the trail that resets everything — the emails, the to-do list, all of it falls off behind you.

I've learned the work is better when you actually unplug once in a while. And we've got some of the best trails in the state right here in our backyard. Who else is riding this summer? 🌲
