Gotta love the NC weather. Had a couple trees fall at our Ebert property. Very thankful to the neighbors that called to let us know. One of the many many reasons I love the Ardmore community. Thank you to those that called.

New siding for our property in Ardmore. Changing this 3/1 to a 3/2. Don’t worry. She’s not losing any of her charm.

Vanity, flooring, lighting and hardware purchased from my warehouse. Next is the kitchen backsplash. Customer has already picked out the tile. Next, next is the hall bath.

Helped a friend install their kitchen backsplash. Being unable to purchase houses to flip in this market, I’ll stay busy on the MK Design side. Tile was purchased from my stock at the warehouse. And there’s lots more where that come from.

Our tenant at 1143 Ebert gave notice and moved out. Although interest rates are higher, the market it still good. Do we sell or continue to rent? Decisions decisions.

E&C proudly took part in the mobile makeover at Northwest HS. The Parade of Mobiles is this weekend, Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th, 11am-1pm both days. Please come out and take a look at the work done, not only on our mobile but all of the 20+ mobile classrooms. Make sure you stop by 213, Mr. Coley’s classroom, and say Hi. See you there!
