I just closed my first transaction from a Zillow lead 🏡

Truthfully? That was never the plan. I’ve built my business on relationships, referrals, and trust 🤝

But… real life is real life, and sometimes you have to create opportunity.

𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒆’𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒆: When you connect with an agent through platforms like Zillow, a 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘵 portion of what that agent earns goes back to the platform.

So yes, I may have more clients… but I earn less and have less time to pour into each one.

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲'𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧… and it had nothing to do with the Buyers or Sellers.

👉🏼Today’s closing 𝒂𝒍𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕 didn’t happen.👈🏼

Not because the Buyers weren’t ready.
Not because the Sellers weren’t committed.

But because real estate is full of moving parts—and when something goes sideways, you need the right people in your corner.

My inspector didn’t just “check the box,” but came back for a re-inspection (𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒏𝒆𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓), made himself available on his weekend off, and ensured repairs were actually done properly.

My title closer who worked late into the evening last night and was back at it first thing this morning when a last-minute issue could have easily delayed closing.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐞.

According to Redfin, approximately 𝟏𝟑.𝟒% of real estate transactions 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏’𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒊𝒕 to the closing table last month!

That’s a lot of 𝒂𝒍𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒔!
