As a resident of the area for over 25 years myself, I love sharing all the info about the best real estate, happy hours, restaurants, local businesses, events, and non-profit organizations in and around Washington County. My professional career did not always include real estate. I started out in college working as a pharmacy technician. In my last year of college, I discovered the business side o
f pharmacy insurance and made the switch. Over the 10-year career, I climbed the ladder from entry level to professional roles. I have gained invaluable business knowledge and met fantastic people along the journey, but something still felt missing. Taking a step back, I realized that it was the helping of people. In the retail pharmacy there were hundreds of opportunities to have a positive interaction with and help customers every day. On the business side, we connect as co-workers, of course, but that direct connection with the people we were working to help every day disappeared. I have had a long-time love of real estate, from bike rides just to simply explore all the different neighborhoods in Woodbury with Mom growing up to never missing the chance to attend the Parade of Homes every year for as long as I can remember, thereโs always been a small fascination with homes. After our last home purchase, I was a little sad that it was done, and we didnโt need to keep looking at houses anymore. That is when it finally clicked that real estate could be that missing piece. I would be able to do work I was interested in and genuinely help people again. Outside of work, I am often finding ways to stay busy outside with my little family of 3. We love all the outdoor activities MN has to offer from paddle boarding the lakes all summer to skiing in the winter and running/hiking all our stunning trail systems year-round with friends and family. I also LOVE to eat after all that activity so hitting up the local restaurants & breweries is a favorite as well! Thank you so much for reading my story!
