🏗️ Things are getting more interesting at Oak Marsh now that we’re starting to use the words “almost finished” when talking about some of the homes!
Construction has reached the stage where more of the finished details are showing up throughout the building. Flooring is going down, cabinets and millwork are being installed, walls are being painted and some homes are already moving through their final punch-list work.
The common areas are moving along, too, with carpeting and millwork coming up next, which will bring another big visual change to the spaces members will share every day.
There’s plenty happening outside, too. Siding and exterior painting continue, sidewalks and site concrete are moving ahead, aluminum decks are being installed, and work on the amenity deck is underway with concrete planned for mid-September.
Even some of the less visible details are being checked off the list. Dishwasher and washing machine drain pans and water shut-off controls have been added to each home with long-term maintenance in mind.
September and October are shaping up to be exciting months at Oak Marsh. With so much of the finish work now underway, every visit to the construction site reveals more finished spaces and details.
